Labor Management is the area of mediation that started it all. Negotiations between management and unions have been going on for decades. When management and unions fail to reach an agreement during contract negotiations, they often call in a mediator. The parties have generally been bargaining for months. One or both sides believe that they cannot make further progress without the assistance of a third-party neutral. Labor-Management Mediation investigates industrial disputes, strikes and lockouts. Our goal is to eliminate the causes of misunderstanding and differences between labor and management.
